Debbie brings a warm, people-first approach to her role as Director of Client Experience at Right Balance Pilates. She’s passionate about making sure every client feels welcomed, supported, and connected from their very first interaction with RBP.

Debbie works closely with the front desk team and leadership to create a consistent and positive client experience across all RBP locations. From improving communication and systems to helping resolve client concerns and supporting special projects, she focuses on the details that help make each client’s experience seamless and personal.

Outside the studio, you’ll find Debbie spending time with family and friends, at the beach, traveling, or enjoying a Pilates class herself.
