This new studio marks an important milestone in our mission to make functional, rehab-aware Pilates accessible to more people across the region. Whether you've been waiting for a Right Balance Pilates studio closer to home, or you're new to Pilates and looking for a welcoming place to start, we can't wait to meet you.

The Middletown studio will offer the same experience that has defined Right Balance Pilates from the beginning. Group reformer classes, mat Pilates, and private sessions taught by experienced instructors, many with backgrounds in physical therapy, nursing, and rehabilitation-based movement. Every class is built around our progressive leveling system, from Basic Reformer through Level 2, so there is always a class that meets you where you are. Equipment, instruction quality, and community feel will mirror what clients across our existing studios have come to know and trust.

We're excited to welcome the Middletown community, along with clients from Townsend, Odessa, Smyrna, and the surrounding area, into the Right Balance Pilates family. Soft opening classes begin August, 2026, with our official grand opening celebration scheduled for October.
