As our flagship studio and home of the only state-licensed Pilates education center in Delaware, Pilates in Lewes is where Right Balance Pilates began. Tucked into Five Points Square between Walgreens and IG Burton, the studio sits at the crossroads of historic Lewes and the surrounding beach communities, with easy parking and quick access from Route 1.

The Lewes location offers the full Right Balance experience. Group Reformer classes, mixed equipment sessions, and Mat Pilates run throughout the week, and private training takes place across all five pieces of Pilates apparatus: Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, Chair, and Barrel. Every Reformer is a Balanced Body Allegro 2, the same equipment used in professional training programs. Alongside the studio spaces, our Lewes wellness suite includes an infrared sauna and cold plunge for clients who want to add recovery and contrast therapy to their practice.

Many of our Lewes instructors come from backgrounds in physical therapy, nursing, and rehabilitation-based movement. That clinical depth is why the studio feels as welcoming to first-time movers as it does to lifelong athletes.
