Getting Started

Schedule Classes Using The MINDBODY Scheduling System

All clients will need to Create an Account in the Right Balance Pilates (RBP) MINDBODY online scheduling system. Your MINDBODY account will:

  • Enable you to Schedule classes at all five facilities (Lewes, Rehoboth, Bethany, Fenwick & Easton)

  • Purchase Class Packs and Monthly Memberships

  • Keep track of all classes scheduled

  • Cancel classes

All Classes must be scheduled online and in advance through the MINDBODY online scheduler. You are responsible for your own schedule and cancelations. Our classes fill up quickly, so please only schedule yourself for classes that you plan to attend.

Create Your Account

Getting started with Right Balance Pilates is easy! You can create your account using either a web browser or the MINDBODY app, whichever works best for you.

Option 1: Use a Web Browser

Open a web browser (like Safari or Chrome) on your laptop, iPhone, or iPad and visit the link below to create your RBP MINDBODY account:

Option 2: Use the MINDBODY App

Prefer to use the app? Download the MINDBODY app to your mobile device. Once installed, open the app and search for Right Balance Pilates under the Explore tab to set up your account and start booking. Select the heart icon to save Right Balance Pilates as one of your favorite studios for easy access.

Attend an Intro to Reformer Pilates Class or Request a Personal Assessment

If you’re new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend beginning with an Introductory Session. These sessions are the best way to get started and includes:

  • A guided overview of the Reformer machine
  • A brief, form focused workout
  • An introduction to our safety guidelines and booking policies
  • Time to ask questions and receive personalized recommendations for next steps

These sessions are perfect for beginners, or anyone returning after an injury or time away. They offer a supportive, low pressure way to build confidence and a strong foundation before joining group classes.

Group Introductory Sessions

Fee to Attend: Complimentary Intro

Format: 55-minute group class (up to 8 participants)

When/Where: 2 sessions per month, rotating between studio locations

Schedule: Group Introductory classes are only available from September until May

Private Introductory Sessions

Scheduled group dates don’t work with your schedule? Looking for a more customized introduction? Choose from the following private introductory options:

  • Single Intro Session (1-on-1): $40
  • Duet Intro Session (2 participants): $60
  • Small Group Intro Session (3–4 participants): $90

Choose the Correct Class Level

Selecting the right class level is key to a safe and effective Pilates experience.

  • New to Reformer Pilates?

We strongly recommend starting with an Intro to Reformer Pilates class to learn the equipment, foundational exercises, and studio flow.

  • Level 1.5 or Level 2 Classes:

These classes are more advanced. You must be comfortable kneeling and standing on the Reformer independently in order to participate.
