Finding Us
Enter the building from Rehoboth Avenue. From the lobby, turn left before entering the mall and take the stairs down one level to the group Pilates studio. For private sessions, enter through the group studio or take the elevator from the mall. On the basement floor, exit the elevator and follow the signs for Right Balance Pilates.

Right Balance Pilates brings a full-service Pilates studio to the heart of downtown Rehoboth Beach. Located at 301 Rehoboth Avenue, steps from the boardwalk, restaurants, and shops, our newest location makes Pilates in Rehoboth Beach easier than ever to fit into your day.
The Rehoboth studio offers group Reformer classes, mixed equipment classes, and private sessions in dedicated training spaces, using the Reformer, Chair, Barrel, and Mat. Every workout is built around your body and your goals, whether you are new to Pilates, returning after an injury, or looking to deepen an existing practice. Private session spaces accommodate one-on-one and duet training with each piece of equipment.
Our Rehoboth instructors bring clinical depth to every class, with many holding backgrounds in physical therapy, nursing, and rehabilitation-based movement. The result is a studio where beginners and active adults alike feel supported as they build strength, balance, and long-term mobility. We welcome clients from Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, and Lewes, along with seasonal visitors who want to keep moving while at the beach.
