Claire is passionate about giving back to every body through the art of Pilates. With a background in running, strength training, and swimming, she prioritizes movement in her everyday life. Claire focuses on helping clients feel grounded and in control of their bodies while cultivating a sense of empowerment. Her approach is rooted in precision and breath, supporting clients in building resilient bodies while staying connected to how they move and feel. Whether working on stability, mobility, or endurance, her goal is to help clients move with intention, confidence, and a strong sense of balance—on and off the reformer.
