New Pricing at Right Balance Pilates: Class Packs, Memberships, and What’s Changed

Right Balance Pilates Pricing: What You Need to Know

At Right Balance Pilates, our mission has always been simple: help people restore strength, regain confidence, and move with ease. Every class, private session, and interaction inside our studios is built around one core belief: Movement is Medicine.

As our community continues to grow across Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island, and Easton, we remain focused on delivering thoughtful instruction, supportive environments, and programming that truly improves the way people move through life.

Beginning April 1, updated pricing will take effect for classes, memberships, and private sessions at Right Balance Pilates. This guide explains what is changing, what remains the same, and how you can choose the option that best fits your practice.

What Has Not Changed

While pricing updates periodically occur, the philosophy behind Right Balance Pilates remains exactly the same.

Our studios continue to focus on:

  • Pilates that supports real life movement
  • Classes designed for all levels and all bodies
  • Instruction grounded in education and experience
  • A welcoming and supportive community

Clients continue to experience both Reformer and Mat classes, along with private sessions that use the full range of Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel, and Mat. New this year, we have added Mixed Equipment classes, allowing clients to experience the full Pilates apparatus in a group environment.

This comprehensive approach allows instructors to guide movement with precision while helping clients build strength, stability, and mobility that carry into everyday life.

Membership Options

For clients who attend classes regularly, memberships remain the most economical and consistent option.

A regular Pilates routine supports improvements in:

  • Core strength and stability
  • Mobility and flexibility
  • Posture and balance
  • Overall movement confidence

Membership options are designed to help clients maintain a steady rhythm of movement throughout the month.

Membership Details Price
First Month Membership Introductory rate for new clients $149
Single Week Membership Concentrated access for visitors or a focused week $119
Monthly Membership 16 classes per month $245
Autopay Monthly Membership 16 classes per month (best monthly value) $219
Summer Membership 48 classes over 3 months (good for 90 days from first class) $729

Please note: Autopay memberships are paused from April 1 to September 1.

First Month Membership

New clients can begin with an introductory membership designed to help build early consistency. This option allows new clients to explore the studio, experience different classes, and establish a regular Pilates routine.

Weekly Membership

For those who want concentrated access to classes over a shorter period of time, the weekly membership offers flexibility. This option is popular for visitors spending time at the beach or clients who want to immerse themselves in Pilates for a focused week.

Monthly Membership (16 Classes)

This structure supports a schedule of three to four classes per week, which many clients find ideal for maintaining strength, stability, and mobility.

Autopay Monthly Membership

Autopay memberships are the most popular and offer the best monthly value for clients who practice consistently. This option provides savings and convenience for clients who plan to make Pilates part of their weekly routine.

Summer Membership

The summer membership is a 3 month membership and continues to be a favorite among seasonal clients and beach visitors. This option supports a consistent Pilates practice during the most active months of the year. For many clients spending time in coastal Delaware during the summer, it provides an easy way to maintain strength and mobility while enjoying the season.

Updated Class Pack Pricing

Class packs remain a flexible option for clients who prefer to schedule classes on their own timeline.

They are especially popular for those who:

  • Travel frequently
  • Visit the beach seasonally
  • Prefer occasional classes
  • Want flexibility in their schedule
Class Pack Price
Drop In Class $31
10 Class Pack $259

These packs can be used across all Right Balance Pilates locations and allow clients to participate in classes that match their level and schedule. Class packs expire after 12 months.

For many clients, class packs offer a simple way to stay connected to Pilates while maintaining flexibility.

Mat Class Pricing

Mat classes remain one of the most accessible ways to experience Pilates.

While reformer classes incorporate spring resistance and guided movement, mat classes emphasize body awareness, stability, and control using your own body weight.

At Right Balance Pilates, mat sessions also incorporate small props such as Magic Circles, stability balls, and light weights to create a well rounded workout.

Mat Class Option Price
Single Mat Class $18
10 Mat Class Pack $145

Mat classes are an excellent complement to reformer work and are suitable for beginners as well as experienced clients. Many people choose to combine both formats to create a balanced movement practice.

Private Sessions and Duets

Private sessions offer a more individualized approach to Pilates.

They are ideal for clients who:

  • Are new to Pilates
  • Are returning from injury
  • Prefer one on one instruction
  • Want focused guidance on specific movement goals

Private sessions allow instructors to tailor programming and utilize the full Pilates apparatus to support each client’s needs.

Private & Duet Sessions Price
Single Private Session $99
Private Session 5 Pack $450
Single Duet Session $120
Duet Session 5 Pack $499

Duet sessions are popular for couples, friends, and family members who enjoy practicing Pilates together.

Choosing the Right Option

The best package often depends on how frequently you plan to attend classes.

How You Practice Best Options
Occasional Classes Drop in sessions, 10 class packs
Consistent Weekly Practice Single Month Membership, Autopay Monthly Membership
Seasonal Clients Summer Membership
Individualized Support Private or Duet sessions

If you are unsure which option best fits your goals or schedule, the team at Right Balance Pilates is always happy to help you decide.
