Emma grew up in an athletic household, playing multiple sports and always being on the go. After graduating from American University, she dove into the fast-paced world of corporate marketing. She found herself searching for ways to support both her mind and body amidst a busy lifestyle. Her Pilates journey began in her hometown of Hershey, PA, where she fell in love with the mindful yet strengthening nature of the practice.

After moving to the Rehoboth area for work, Emma was eager to explore new studios and workouts in her coastal community. She quickly found a home at Right Balance, drawn to its welcoming atmosphere, inspiring instructors, and strong sense of community. Now, as a certified Pilates instructor, she’s excited to help others discover the strength, balance, and joy that Pilates brings.

When she’s not in the studio, you can find Emma crafting clever marketing strategies and running social media for some of Delaware’s favorite restaurants. She’s thrilled to be here and can’t wait to work with you!
