Program Scope:
The Right Balance Pilates Teacher Training Program is designed to prepare instructors to teach Pilates Group Reformer classes in a community setting.All exercises are designed for clients who have been medically cleared for group instruction. The guidelines listed in the manual such as “Do Not Perform With…” and “Considerations for Modifications” aim to promote safety in a group class environment. While some contraindications are noted in the manual, the material does not provide comprehensive education on pathologies or contraindications for movement. Students are strongly encouraged to continue their education in these areas, either concurrently or following completion of the program.

Learning Expectations:
Teacher Trainers are encouraged to use critical thinking, research, and peer collaboration before requesting assistance from the Lead Teacher or Director of Training.

Once accepted into the program, you will want to set up a Right Balance Pilates Mindbody account and purchase the books for the required reading!

Right Balance Pilates is the only licensed teaching studio in DE.

Program costs

  • Tuition:  $1600.00
    Non-refundable $400.00 deposit required at the time of registration.
  • A Class package and studio time will be made available as part of the Training
