Polices regarding Pilates class cancellations and schedules in Rehoboth Beach, DE. 

Our Policies

 

+ Attire

Grip socks are required in all classes! The grip socks help with your safety and stability on the machine, as well as cleanliness. ToeSox and Tavi Noir brand grip socks are sold at our studio and may be purchased with a credit card or cash.

+ SCHEDULING CLASSES

Scheduling Online

Classes must be scheduled online and in advance through the MINDBODY online scheduler. You are responsible for your own schedule and cancelations. Our classes fill up quickly, so please only schedule yourself for classes that you plan to attend.

Early Cancel

We adhere to a strict 12 hour cancelation policy. Cancelations must occur at least 12 hours prior to class in order to be considered on time. Classes must be canceled online.

Late Cancel

Cancelations occurring less than 12 hours prior to class are considered late.

The penalty for each late cancelation is the loss of class. If you have a Monthly Membership, you will also be charged a $15 Late Cancel Fee. Please note that the Late Cancel Fee will increase to the drop in fee when Late Cancels occur more than 3 times in a 30 day period.

If you are scheduled for a class and on the waitlist the same day, and you get into the class from the waitlist, you will be charged for that class and a second class will be deducted from your account.

No Show

Our classes fill up very quickly, and often there is a waitlist of clients hoping to get a spot. Please be respectful of our staff and our other clients. Cancel if you can't attend. Failure to attend a scheduled class results in a loss of class and a $20 fee for Monthly Memberships. No exceptions. Please note that the No Show Fee will increase to the drop in fee when Late Cancels and/or No Shows occur more than 3 times in a 30 day period.

If you are scheduled for a class, but show up for a different class or the wrong studio, there will be a drop in fee for the new class and a loss of credit for the original class.

Late Arrival

You must show up for class at the scheduled start time in order to ensure your spot in the class. After 5 minutes, your spot may be given away. This helps to minimize distractions for the instructor and for other clients.

Wait List

You have the option to add yourself to the wait list if a class is full. You must have an active class package, or membership available on your account in order to join a waitlist. If someone cancels their reservation, the first person on the wait list will be automatically added to the class prior to 12 hours before the class starts. Waitlists are only valid during the early cancelation period.

Please ONLY add yourself to a waitlist if you intend to take the class and do NOT add yourself to a waitlist if you already have a class scheduled the same day. If you have a Monthly Membership, there is a drop in charge for the extra class.

Please keep in mind that if you receive notification that you have been added to class from the waitlist, you are on the roster. The ONLY way to cancel a class is to go into MINDBODY and cancel from your account.

+ MEMBERSHIPS

Monthly Memberships

Reformer Monthly Membership 16 permits 16 Classes Per Month

If you exceed your Monthly Membership allowance of 16 classes per month, you will be charged for the additional classes you are holding.

Reformer Monthly Membership 32 permits 32 Classes Per Month

If you exceed your Monthly Membership allowance of 32 classes per month, you will be charged for the additional classes you are holding.

Canceling Monthly Memberships

If you would like to cancel your membership, click here and fill out the form. Please note: we do require 2 weeks notice prior to your next billing date.

Autopay Monthly Membership

Our Autopay Monthly Membership option is our most economical package for regular Pilates practitioners. If you select the Autopay Monthly Membership option, your membership can be turned off at any point with two weeks notice. You will be charged until the remainder of the month. We are unable to suspend autopay monthly memberships. We reserve the right to cancel Monthly Memberships if there are more than 4 no shows within a 30 day rolling period. There is a 3 month minimum to sign up for Autopay.

+ Purchases

All sales are final, and refunds will not be provided for classes or merchandise. We allow transfers to a family member or friend.

+ CLASS & SCHEDULE CHANGES

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class with two or fewer attendees. If a class is canceled, we will contact you via email with reasonable advance notice. Instructors are subject to change without notice in the event that the regularly scheduled instructor is unavailable. If the instructor for a class is listed as "INSTRUCTOR" we are in the process of scheduling a substitute instructor.

Weather Policy

In the event of severe weather, class cancelations or studio closures may occur. The most updated information regarding any schedule changes will be posted on our website, social media pages, and you will receive an auto generated email through our online scheduler.
