All classes follow a contemporary Pilates style and are taught by experienced, certified Pilates instructors who will offer modifications for injuries, and challenges to increase the intensity of the class. Please inform the instructor about any injuries or limitations.

We offer Introduction to Reformer Pilates and Community Classes which are free, but must be signed up for in advance.

Community Classes are offered after the completion the Right Balance Pilates Teacher Training program. Instructors in training will lead sessions to experienced movers under the supervision of our program director.

*These classes are not suitable for first time Pilates clients. Only existing group class clients should attend community classes.

Community classes are offered at no cost to the client in exchange for being a willing participant with a new instructor.

Introduction to Reformer Pilates is an excellent way to learn more about the reformer, specific Pilates verbiage, and how to best utilize the correct muscles when practicing Pilates.  We offer intro classes several times a month and welcome all levels of movers to participate.

*We encourage all new clients to take our introduction to Reformer Pilates before entering a group class.

Pilates Plus Classes are alternative classes to the Pilates Reformer – Pilates Plus Classes are a fun and effective workout! Checkout our current classes below.

  • Pilates Tower: A combination of Pilates mat work with the benefits of the Pilates tower equipment, this class is ideal for students of all levels. This class is energizing, combining the resistance of the springs and bars of the tower with the precise movements of mat work to create a great workout. The equipment supports the body to ensure proper stabilization and positioning while providing added resistance for core stability, flexibility and lengthening of muscles.

  • Pilates Chair: Tones the entire body from head to toe and improves balance by challenging the muscles with bodyweight, coordination, and spring resistance. The chair is an excellent piece of equipment for both seated and standing work.
