Polices regarding Pilates class cancellations and schedules in Rehoboth Beach, DE. 

Our Policies

 

+ Attire

Grip socks are required in all classes! The grip socks help with your safety and stability on the machine, as well as cleanliness. ToeSox and Tavi Noir brand grip socks are sold at our studio and may be purchased with a credit or cash.

+ SCHEDULING CLASSES

Reserving a class

Pilates classes must be scheduled online and in advance through our MINDBODY online scheduler. Walk-in attendance is welcome if space is available. Book online to avoid disappointment!

Early Cancel

Due to limited space, we adhere to a strict 8 hour cancellation policy for class packages. Cancellations must occur at least 8 hours prior to class in order to be considered on time.

Late Cancel

Cancellations occurring less than 8 hours prior to class are considered late. The penalty for each late-cancellation is the loss of class if you have a package. If you have a Monthly Unlimited membership, you may Late Cancel up to the start of the class without penalty, however you forfeit the ability to take another class that day.

No Show

Failure to attend a scheduled class results in a $10 fee for Monthly Unlimited members, or the loss of a class for our package members. Our classes fill up, and often, there is a waitlist of clients hoping to take your spot. Please cancel if you can't attend!

Late Arrival

You must arrive no later than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time in order to ensure your spot in the class. Arriving late is disruptive for the instructor and other clients. Please try to arrive 5 minutes early to prepare your Reformer and your body.

Wait List

You have the option to add yourself to the wait list if a class is full. You must have an active class package, or membership available on your account in order to join a waitlist. If someone cancels their reservation, the first person on the wait list will be automatically added to the class prior to 8 hours before the class starts.

+ MEMBERSHIPS

Suspending Monthly Memberships

If you would like to suspend your monthly membership, click here and fill out the form at least 2 weeks prior to your desired suspension start date.

Canceling Monthly Memberships

If you would like to cancel your membership, click here and fill out the form. Please note: we do require 30 days notice prior to your next billing date.

Autopay Monthly Membership

Our autopay monthly unlimited option is our most economical package for regular Pilates practitioners. If you select the autopay monthly unlimited option, your membership can be turned off at any point with two weeks notice. You will be charged until the remainder of the month. We are unable to suspend autopay unlimited memberships.

+ Purchases

All sales are final, and refunds will not be provided for classes or merchandise. We allow transfers to a family member or friend.

+ CLASS & SCHEDULE CHANGES

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class with two or fewer attendees. If a class is canceled, we will contact you via email with reasonable advance notice. Instructors are subject to change without notice in the event that the regularly scheduled instructor is unavailable. If the instructor for a class is listed as "INSTRUCTOR" we are in the process of scheduling a substitute instructor.

Weather Policy

In the event of severe weather, class cancellations or studio closures may occur. The most updated information regarding any schedule changes will be posted on our website, social media pages, and you will receive an auto generated email through our online scheduler.
